MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION
Recurring Billing Terms of Service
When you enroll in our Membership Subscription program, you agree to receive regular shipments of your selected product(s) based on the quantity you choose. Once your initial order has shipped, you will automatically be billed and shipped new orders according to the terms below.
- Select the quantity of product you would like to receive with each shipment (for example: 1, 2, 3, or 6 bottles or patches).
- You will be billed monthly for that selected quantity.
- You will receive the same quantity of product every month until you choose to modify or cancel your subscription.
Example: If you subscribe to the 90-patch plan, you will be billed for 90 patches and receive 90 patches every month.

All recurring upsell orders are available in 2-bottle, 4-bottle, and 6-bottle options, with corresponding subscription durations of 2 months, 4 months, and 6 months. Pricing as follows:
2-bottle subscription: $69 or $49 every 2 months
4-bottle subscription: $138 or $98 every 4 months
6-bottle subscription: $207 or $147 every 6 months

Automatic Monthly Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days (monthly), and your chosen payment method will be charged automatically for the subscription amount without requiring additional authorization for each charge. Each new shipment will be sent automatically without the need to place a new order.
Memberships are continuous and will remain active until you cancel. In addition to product shipments, your subscription may include exclusive members-only content, special offers, and updates. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time without penalty or early cancellation fees. The credit card or debit card you used to enroll in this exclusive membership will be billed every subscription cycle. Coupon or discount codes can only be applied to initial purchases and such discounts do not apply to future autoship products.
You acknowledge and agree that these services are provided on a membership subscription basis and that you will be charged recurring membership fee depending on your original date of purchase and your chosen subscription plan.
You expressly authorize LifeGauge to charge your credit card or debit card every (30) thirty days depending on your chosen subscription and you disclaim any responsibility or liability for any overdraft charges or fee you may incur from your card issuer or bank for insufficient funds or any other associated fees related to monthly repeat billing. You acknowledge and agree that we will not obtain additional authorization from you for each monthly membership charge.
Confirmation of Consent will be sent to you via email notifying you of your subscription and terms.
RESTRICTIONS REGARDING RESALE
Products purchased by consumers from Company are for personal use only and may not be resold in any fashion either online or in brick-and-mortar stores. This restriction specifically includes a prohibition on the sale of products on any digital marketplace.

Membership Pathway
1-week trial for $0
- Start with a 1-week free trial (one-time, non-renewable).
6-month billing period for $77/month
To continue, you will be automatically upgraded to a 6-month billing period for $77 per month, billed every 30 days.
Lifetime access
After completing the 6-month billing period, you automatically unlock lifetime access at no additional cost.

Important Notice
By leaving the Vitality Club item in your cart, you agree to get access and subscription to a digital Vitality Club membership.
Unless you cancel your membership before the end of the free-trial period, you authorize us to automatically charge your credit card $77 per month for 6 months as part of a recurring subscription. The subscription will renew automatically each month during this six-month period unless canceled in accordance with these Terms. Coupon or discount codes can only be applied to initial purchases and such discounts do not apply to future autoship products.
After the completion of the 6 monthly payments, you will receive lifetime access to the Vitality Club digital membership with no additional cost.
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to completion of the 6 monthly payments in your customer account or by calling our customer support team toll free at (888) 863-6654, Mon - Sun 24/7, outside the US, call us at +1-571-771-2774.
If you cancel within thirty (30) days of being charged, you may request a refund for that month’s payment. Refund requests submitted after the thirty (30) day period from the date of the applicable charge will not be accepted, and no refund will be due.
